Local Sales Supervisor
Laura was born in the “unique” – as she describes it – province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She received her bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the University of Costa Rica in 2003.
She has 15 years of experience in the field of tourism and joined the team of Swiss Travel in 2004. She has worked as Receptionist, Sales Executive, Counter Executive and is currently Incentives & Meetings Coordinator.
Laura’s specialty field is the operation of tours in Guanacaste, thanks to her excellent knowledge of the destinations and the logistics of operation. She speaks Spanish and English.
Favorite Locations in Costa Rica: The sand in front of the sea of any Guanacaste beach.

Incentives Executive
Georgina was born in San José, Costa Rica; she received his degree in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2005. She has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism sector and has been part of the Swiss Travel team since November 2016.
She works as an Incentive Executive and her specialty is the management and operation of groups. Speaks Spanish, English and Italian.

Incentives Assistant
Katherine was born in Heredia, Costa Rica. She joined Swiss Travel in 2011 and has more than six years of experience in tourism. She has a degree in Ecotourism Management from the University of Costa Rica and a Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS).
She currently works as an Incentive Assistant; however, she has acquired knowledge in several areas of the company. Her specialty is logistics, operation and monitoring of groups. Speaks Spanish and English.

Melany was born in the country’s capital, San José. She studies Ecological Tourism at the University of Costa Rica. Joined Swiss Travel´s family in 2018 and has five years of experience in tourism.

Natalia was born in Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She graduated from Tourism Business Management at the National University in 2016. She has 6 years of experience in different areas of tourism. And joined the family of Swiss Travel in 2015.
