Overview

This beautiful National Park is located right in the heart of the Central Pacific Coast, in a transition area between the northern dry forest and the humid rainforests of the Southern Pacific. Its 5,242 hectares are dedicated to preserving the habitat of monkeys, sloths, frogs and dozens of colorful birds, including the country’s largest remaining wild populations of Scarlet Macaws.

Once on site, there are 5 different trails with lengths ranging from 650m to 3km. During the walk, the professional naturalist guide will provide detailed information about flora and fauna biodiversity and the interactions that occur between the wild species with the hundreds of vines and epiphytes that abound in these jungles.

What to bring

– Comfortable clothing with lightweight short pants and cotton t-shirt.
